Its working principle is based on the unique characteristics of microwaves, which are waves with a frequency between 300 MHz and 300 GHz and possess strong penetration capabilities. When microwave radiation is applied to the valve pocket, it can pass its surface without obstruction, directly acting on the water molecules inside. Since water molecules are polar, they will produce intense vibration under the action of microwaves, and this vibration generates through friction, which quickly converts moisture inside the valve pocket into steam, thus achieving the purpose of drying.
Compared with traditional drying methods, valve pocket low-temperature microwave has significant advantages. In terms of drying speed, traditional methods often require a longer time because heat transfer is limited, and heat conduction from the outside to the inside is slow, resulting a longer overall drying cycle.
